The Role:

  • Polaris Coordinator: registering activities, having close contact with technical secretariats and coordinate HCPs logistics
  • Prior inspection of event venues to ensure quality control
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities carried out by the events coworker
  • Negotiation with new suppliers and follow through to completion
  • Offer support to different departments whenever necessary
  • Manage orders within internal paying service systems.
  • Assist the Country Leader in day to day activities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in assistant function or related field
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a strong asset
  • Able to balance administrative duties while meeting service expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
