Polaris Coordinator: registering activities, having close contact with technical secretariats and coordinate HCPs logistics
Prior inspection of event venues to ensure quality control
Supervise and coordinate the activities carried out by the events coworker
Negotiation with new suppliers and follow through to completion
Offer support to different departments whenever necessary
Manage orders within internal paying service systems.
Assist the Country Leader in day to day activities
2+ years experience in assistant function or related field
University degree in relevant field
Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a strong asset
Able to balance administrative duties while meeting service expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective organizational skills
