Cardinal Health is seeking an ambitious and energetic recruitment professional to be part of its global medical device segment headquarters based in Switzerland, and to support in managing all aspects of recruitment within the Medical Products and Medical Devices Segments in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.

You will be working with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. The Swiss headquarters is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high expectations. The position focuses on Cardinal Health’s Medical Products and Devices Segments which are expected to be important growth platforms in EMEA in the immediate future.

You will act as a trusted partner in the DACH and more EMEA regions for both the Medical Products and Devices Segment leaders, and will be expected to proactively develop and manage key stakeholder relationships within the business and other functions.

The role will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Managing end to end recruitment lifecycles
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal clients acting as a trusted advisor across all divisions within the segment
  • Proactively look to contribute to the Talent Acquisition in areas outside of your immediate scope of responsibility
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure your ability to quickly react to client needs
  • Assist clients in creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards and LinkedIn
  • Maintain good relationships with external recruitment firms acting as a liaison between them and your clients where required

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor degree in field relevant to recruitment or the medical field
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • Several years’ experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
  • A team-focused attitude, with strong networking and leadership skills
  • Interacts with the most senior levels of the Corporation and therefore must be able to effectively communicate and influence leaders and their deputies across cultures
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
  • Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines work with minimal supervision
