Planning and supporting external meetings and functions
Management of physical and electronic mail and communications
Organization and management of corporate records
Liaise with management and staff as well as outside customers and service providers
Maintains and monitors all legal agreements and operating lease commitments
Assist with the ongoing management of the company’s Strategic Plan
Co-ordinates the distribution of financial reporting packages.
Manages the data flow and communication to all levels of management and staff as well as company lawyers, bankers, auditors, shareholders, and global parent
Provide backfill support to the Executive Assistant of the President
Other departmental projects as assigned and required
Competencies and requirements:
10+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior management
Excellent communications skills;
Gives or receives factual information,
Courteous in coordinating with others,
Discrete and comfortable with confidential information
Experience working with finance teams and executives; understanding terms and deliverables
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a multinational corporation.
Experience with Concur Travel and Expense would be a great asset.
