Job Title: Bilingual Customer Order Management
Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a part-time Bilingual, Customer Order Management – Order Entry for an immediate need within our head office in Vaughan. The incumbent will primarily be working on Mondays and Tuesdays (8:00 – 4:00 or 9:00 to 5:00). This position is responsible for the vital interfacing between customers, sales, marketing and logistics teams. The Customer Order Management Representative processes customer orders and responds to customer inquiries in resolving problems such as substitute products, backorders, order tracing etc. The position is key to building and maintaining customer relationships.
